Sourced from India's Mango Processing Belt — Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh
Geographic Origin
India is the world's largest mango producer (~24% of global production). Major mango-pulp processing belts: Andhra Pradesh (Chittoor), Gujarat, and Uttar Pradesh. Alphonso (GI-tagged, from Ratnagiri/Devgad, Maharashtra) commands the highest FOB premium. Totapuri (AP/Karnataka) is the volume variety used by industrial juice manufacturers. Kesar (Junagadh, Gujarat, GI-tagged) — aromatic, preferred by Gulf and UK buyers. Residue-free mango pulp exporter — pesticide MRL tested per batch on raw input.
Harvest Cycle & Availability
When It's Harvested
Mango is a single-season fruit (Mar–Jun). Pulp processing for aseptic mango pulp for juice manufacturers concentrates around that harvest window — aseptic bag-in-drum (ambient, 12+ months) and frozen block (-18°C, 24 months) then provide year-round supply. Book your annual requirements before the season: Alphonso allocation fills fastest.

Frequently Asked Questions
Buyer Questions, Answered
Aseptic: thermally processed, packed in bag-in-drum (220kg) under sterile conditions — shelf-stable at ambient temperature for 12+ months, ships in standard dry container with no cold chain required until opened. Frozen: block-frozen at -18°C — closer to fresh fruit flavour and colour, preferred by premium beverage brands. Ships in reefer; requires cold chain throughout. Most industrial juice manufacturers use aseptic for cost efficiency; premium and fresh-positioning brands prefer frozen. Tell us your processing setup and target market positioning.
Totapuri typically runs 14–16°Bx — high volume, tarter profile, used as a base for blended juice. Alphonso runs 16–18°Bx — premium, sweet/aromatic, best for high-Brix concentrates and single-variety juice. Kesar runs 15–17°Bx — aromatic and characterful, preferred by premium Gulf and UK buyers. We can hit a target Brix (±1°) with processing adjustments. Always confirm Brix, pH, and acidity on your technical spec sheet before placing a bulk order.
Alphonso mango pulp is tested for pesticide MRL per batch on the raw mango input — against EU/US MRL limits. We supply pesticide test reports with every consignment. Certifications: ISO 22000, HACCP, APEDA Registration, FSSAI License. For USA buyers: FDA food-facility registration. For EU buyers: EU food-facility registration + TRACES entry required at destination. Specify your destination market and we'll confirm all applicable compliance documents.
Yes — aseptic and frozen formats are designed for exactly this. The processing run is March–June (aligned with India's mango harvest), but aseptic stock ships year-round from inventory. We recommend booking annual requirements in February–March, before or during the processing run, to secure preferred variety allocation, Brix spec, and the best pricing. Mid-year availability exists but at a premium as inventory depletes toward the next season.
For high-Brix concentrate production: Alphonso gives the richest flavour profile and highest natural Brix (16–18°) — at a significant price premium. Totapuri is the volume variety (14–16°Bx), tarter and less aromatic — better for industrial blending where flavour is adjusted downstream. Kesar is mid-market: aromatic, characterful, good Brix — preferred by premium Gulf and UK buyers. Most processors blend varieties to hit a cost-optimised flavour and Brix target.
Standard MOQ: 1×FCL (aseptic bag-in-drum or frozen reefer). Sample of 2–4kg available before a bulk order; cost adjusted against your first container. Payment for first orders: 60% advance + 40% against BL copy. Terms improve progressively — 50/50 on second order, 40/60 on third. LC at sight for established buyers. Contact us with your target variety, Brix spec, form (aseptic/frozen), and destination port.
